Depart from Brussels on a direct flight to New York. After arriving in the early afternoon and being transferred to the hotel, we’ll get ready for our first exploration of the city that never sleeps.

During a guided introductory walk, we’ll explore the Midtown Manhattan area and immediately experience the impressive atmosphere of the world-famous Times Square. Afterwards, we’ll visit Top of the Rock, where a spectacular view of Manhattan awaits. The perfect way to immerse yourself straight away in the grandeur of New York.

The rest of the evening is yours to spend as you wish. Enjoy your first stroll through the city, discover the cosy restaurants in the neighbourhood, or simply let the impressions of this first day sink in.

Today, you’ll experience New York in an active and unforgettable way. On a guided cycle tour of Manhattan with a Dutch-speaking guide, you’ll discover the city just as the locals do. Cycle past iconic landmarks such as Central Park, the Hudson River and the bustling neighbourhoods of Downtown. This cycle tour is the ideal way to really soak up the diverse atmosphere of Manhattan. In the afternoon, you’ll have time to explore New York further at your own pace: visit a museum, take a stroll along the High Line or enjoy some shopping in SoHo. A day full of experiences, interspersed with the freedom to enjoy your own personal New York moment.

Today’s itinerary features some of New York’s most impressive sights. We’ll start in Lower Manhattan with a visit to the moving 9/11 Memorial, where the two monumental water basins mark the site of the former Twin Towers. We’ll then visit the 9/11 Museum, which tells the story of the events of 11 September 2001 and their impact on the city and the world in a powerful and respectful way.

In the afternoon, we’ll experience New York from the water during an extensive Circle Line Cruise. This popular boat trip offers a unique perspective on the Manhattan skyline and takes you past numerous iconic landmarks. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the skyscrapers of Midtown and Downtown Manhattan, the bridges over the East River and, of course, the world-famous Statue of Liberty – the very symbol of freedom and the gateway for millions of immigrants who once arrived here.

Thanks to the view from the water, you’ll get a complete picture of the city and are guaranteed to take some of the best photos of your trip. A day full of history, emotion and unforgettable panoramic views.

This morning, we’ll discover one of New York’s most beloved spots on a guided cycle tour through Central Park. For around two hours, we’ll cycle along the most beautiful paths, past iconic bridges, tranquil lakes and famous locations that regularly feature as backdrops in films and TV series. A relaxed and enjoyable way to explore the green heart of Manhattan.

After the bike tour, we’ll continue our exploration of Midtown Manhattan with a walk along the world-famous Fifth Avenue, known for its prestigious shops, historic buildings and vibrant atmosphere. Along the way, we’ll admire the impressive St Patrick’s Cathedral, one of the most famous churches in the United States, and visit the iconic Grand Central Terminal, an architectural masterpiece and one of the busiest railway stations in the world.

Those wishing to enjoy even more of New York’s spectacular skyline can optionally visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt (not included). This innovative observation deck combines breathtaking views of Manhattan with impressive mirror installations and interactive art experiences, creating a unique experience high above the city.

The rest of the day is free to spend exploring New York further at your own pace.

Today, you’re largely free to decide how to spend your last full day in New York. With the Explorer Pass, you’re still entitled to one extra attraction, which you can choose freely from a selection of over 100 sights and activities. Perhaps you’ll opt for a visit to a museum, an observation deck, a unique city walk or one of the many other iconic attractions New York has to offer.

You also have the option to visit One Times Square (not included). This historic building, known worldwide as the centrepiece of New York’s famous New Year’s Eve celebrations, offers an interactive experience that takes you through the history of Times Square and the tradition of the iconic Ball Drop.

You’ll also have some free time to do some more shopping, take a final stroll through Manhattan or simply soak up the city’s unique atmosphere one last time. The perfect way to round off an unforgettable city break.

At the agreed time, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your return flight to Belgium.
